Enzyme peeling belongs to the group of surface peels, where enzymes are used as the active substance instead of acids. It is a mild cosmetic procedure, suitable for all skin types, including skin prone to couperose. This peeling removes dead skin cells, and the result, visible immediately after the treatment, is soft and radiant skin with improved texture and color. Enzyme peeling is also suitable for young skin, as well as sensitive skin, as it does not cause any inflammatory processes. It can be used throughout the year.
Make a paste in a small container by mixing 1 teaspoon of Enzyme Peeling (dry powder) with about 10 ml of makeup remover milk. The paste should have a desired consistency that can be easily applied with a brush or by hand. Avoid applying it on the areas around the eyes and lips. Leave it on the skin for 10 to 30 minutes, after which rinse with warm water. After the peeling, you can continue with a cosmetic treatment or finish with a cream that provides UV protection.
The day before peeling, you should not use products with retinol or fruit acids.
It must not be done after depilation, dermabrasion or laser treatment, until the regeneration period is over.
