It contains ingredients that reduce sebum secretion, clean pores, remove dead cells from the surface of the skin, and have an antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory effect. The active action of the cream is provided by: salicylic acid, ichthyol, tea tree essential oil, kaolin, colloidal sulfur and niacin. Salicylic acid as a beta hydroxy acid improves the appearance, structure and barrier function of the skin. Mineral oxides improve the appearance of the skin by reducing enlarged pores and redness in areas of inflammation, and protect the skin from UV radiation. Niacin (nicotinamide) is a B group vitamin that reduces sebum production, is effective in the treatment of acne and post-inflammatory red scars.
